|Recommended: YesIt's good for it's price — The area is fairly small, especially the kitchen, bedrooms, and the space between the bunk bed and the ceiling, but it is a steal compared to other housing prices. Having the TV and a room heater has been pretty great. Placement is awesome considering they're next to a ton of restaurants. Staff is nice and rec area is great. No complaints here.

|Recommended: YesInexpensive, but not bad. You get what you pay for — Good service for the most part, if you're looking for a cheap place to stay, it's perfect.
|Recommended: NoGood but not great — Decent size, decent location, terrible internet, thin walls. The staff does their absolute best except for clearing out snow around the doors but ultimately the building needs a remodel and ethernet needs to be installed in order for this to truly be a top tier apartment complex.
