|Recommended: YesGreat Place to Live — I have really enjoyed my time here at the Pines. Even though the current circumstances have not been ideal the Pines have helped to make my time here at school an enjoyable one. The apartments are very cozy, but still have a enough cabinets and storage areas to put your things. The staff is very friendly and willing to help. The maintenance staff often surprise me with how fast they come to check on the maintenance requests.
response from property -Hi Carlton,

|Recommended: YesOverall, the Pines is a good place to stay — If you're looking for a home-like environment that doesn't feel like a hotel, the Pines is a nice cozy place to live. The facilities management normally helps resolve any issues encountered in a timely manner. Also, who doesn't enjoy free giveaways done by their housing That's one of the few benefits of living at the Pines.
|Recommended: NoNot very good — The rent is cheap but that is it. This place honestly isnt very good.
|Recommended: NoIt was okay, but not great. — The fact that there are only 4 people to an apartment is great It's difficult to find rooms with less than 6 people now in Rexburg. It's also near campus and stores, which is a huge plus. However, disorganized management, many mistakes with how much I'm charged, and stinky apartment makes it difficult to justify the amount charged for living there. Living near stores also have its disadvantages as the often frequent nearby festivities make for a loud night of trying to sleep. Bike parking is also horrible. No air conditioning makes for a difficult spring semester.
|Recommended: YesThe property is nice for the most part. — This not the fanciest place on planet earth but its nice. Manegement is great. The only Thing I'm not a huge fan of is that there is no AC, so make sure you have a good fan.
|Recommended: YesCheap and Nice — Cheap, and nice. The pines are one of the lowest apartment prices you can find, but still be nice.
Thank You Samuel! We love having you here and strive to make the living experience here at The Pines the best BYU-I has!
|Recommended: YesWell maintained — The apartments are pretty good, maintenance happens fairly quickly and the office staff are super friendly. The price is a good deal for location and quality.
Thank you Cory! We love our Residents and are strive to make The Pines the place for BYU-I students!
|Recommended: YesYes. — This place is great. For the price, location, and the wonderful staff. Living in the apartment has been nice, and with the added bonus of at least one piece of candy every time I walk to my apartment, it is great. My only problem is the laundry, but even that is really good. At least it isn't in another building, amirite
|Recommended: YesIn 10 words or less, what do you think about the property — If someone were to ask you what it's like living here, what would you tell them
|Recommended: YesI think it sees its purpose well. — I think it's a great place to live because its inexpensive and people are generally nice here.
|Recommended: YesThe best dorm ever — I want to live here forever lol
|Recommended: YesEnjoyable, and a nice place to live. — Our room was a little small, but we got what we paid for. I actually enjoyed my stay, and the ward was amazing.
|Recommended: YesDecent — Decent apartments that are small in size, you can tell they are older. The laundry has been my biggest issue, washers and dryers are always full when I want to do laundry. Also, people will remove your clothes out of the washer mid-cycle so that they can wash theirs. You have to pay for laundry facilities, which I find strange because 3 other apartment complexes that I have stayed in have free laundry. There's not many washers or dryers compared to other apartment complexes. The maintenance workers are great, they fixed my heating within 24 hours of filing a report. The noise level can be a nuisance, especially if you live right next to the stairwell. People are constantly stomping up and down the stairs all hours of the night. The walls are pretty thin as well, I can always hear the guys living above me having full blown conversations at 4am. This complex is cheap compared to most of the other places in town. You get what you pay for. Honestly if I had more money I would be staying at The Ivy Apartments.
|Recommended: NoBarely maintained. — Don't. Management is difficult to deal with and the quality of the apartments are below subpar.
|Recommended: YesI love it here and I'd room here again — This place is a great place to live. This is my first time at college and it is great.
