|Recommended: YesGreat housing — It is very affordable which is really nice when your funds are limited. The housing is fairly average but the people are really nice and fun And maintenance is taken care of very quickly which is super nice.

|Recommended: YesCheap but Great — I love living at the Pines because it fits my budget extremely well. You get what you pay for, and although it might not be the nicest looking place around it's still pretty clean. They maintain it pretty well and respond quickly to problems. I've never had a problem with management. They're really nice I haven't had very many if any problems with my roommates. Everyone's pretty friendly and the ward is pretty great.
