|Recommended: YesThe Pines Review — Overall it is all super nice and clean. I really like it here
Thank you Alexa! I am happy to hear that you are enjoying living at the Pines.
|Recommended: YesInitial Review — Just moved in, don't know the staff yet. The parking lot is covered in snow and is a bit of a walk from the boys apartments. Apartments are a little small, would not recommend if you have claustrophobia. Parking lot is not big enough for everyone to have a parking spot.
Hi Curtis, thank you for sharing your honest review! We appreciate it and we are happy to have you here!
|Recommended: YesThe Pines — The pines is a great place to live. I do wish it was a bit cleaner here, but overall it is a great apartment complex that I will recommend to many.
Thank you for your honest review, Hailey!
|Recommended: NoApartments stink a lot — I just come in into my apartment and there were a lot of trash everywhere and and the entire apartment smells really bad
Thank you for bringing this to our attention. There was someone already living there but I am glad we were able to send in our cleaning crew since this was not resolved by the resident.
|Recommended: YesI love the Pines — I have loved living here The maintenance requests are answered within a day, and everyone is so friendly
Thank you for your review, Cheri! I am so happy to hear you are enjoying your time here at the Pines! :)
|Recommended: YesGood for the Price — It was a good place to live for a cheap apartment, but could definitely use some work to make it a much better livable place for college students.
Thank you for your review, Jackson! We are always working on improving the property. :)
|Recommended: NoUsed to be better — I have enjoyed living here personally, and used to recommend it earlier, but would no longer recommend it due to the general lack of cleanliness and caring perceived from the staff. The lounge and public areas, including the laundry room, have not been cleaned once since I moved in and I feel standards should be higher, especially if the staff is hoping to impress those touring the Pines as a potential apartment for them. Quiet hours also go basically unobserved and unenforced. I do enjoy the homey and quaint feel of the apartment, and I have so far had good roommates during my time here. The kitchen space leaves a little to be desired but is workable. The maintenance takes care of most problems fairly urgently, but little is done beyond what is deemed necessary . The activities done here were pretty fun, and I would encourage those to be continued. Overall, I would say the Pines has great potential, but like all things, great changes require sacrifice and effort.
Thank you for your honest review, Hana. I am happy to hear that you enjoy the events we have been hosting! I am sorry to hear that you feel there is a lack of caring from the staff. I can assure you that our cleaning supervisor has been working very hard to stay on top of the cleanliness of the complex and I can assure you that the laundry room has been cleaned multiple times this semester. I hope that you see an improvement in the near future!
|Recommended: YesThe Pines — It’s is a decent place to live. The apartments are pretty small and need some work, but overall, not bad.
Thank you for your positive review, Korbin!

|Recommended: YesIt’s a’ aight — I mean I’ve seen other apartments and while I can’t compare it to them, for a student just starting they are okay
Thank you for your honest review, Jayda! I hope you enjoy your time at the Pines!

Thank you for your 5 star review!
|Recommended: YesIt is okay. — I would say its hot because their is no air conditioning. But it is cheap.
Dean, Thank you for your response. We are one of the most affordable student housing complexes in Rexburg, and like many complexes in town, we do not have AC. I hope you get to utilize the heating this Fall/Winter as it cools down! :)
|Recommended: YesGood apartment for a freshman — Unless you get the bigger apartment, it’s kind of small, but it’s still good for what you pay. It’s a good apartment if you’re not looking to spend thousands
Thank you for your review! The Pines is proud to be one of the most affordable options in Rexburg for students!
|Recommended: YesGreat — I love how cheap it is and that. It is real cozy in the room. I love the carpet in the living room.
Thank you for your review, Jared!
|Recommended: YesIt is Home — The apartments are astatically pleasing as far as college life goes. The walls are paper thin so even if both doors are closed you can still hear the other person's phone conversations from across the hall. So no such thing as privacy. You would need to leave the apartment for that. One fridge for six girls does not work. ON another note, the Women's pines has a charming lobby, very homey. A good place to foster great friendships. The staff come across as super warm and receptive.
Thank you so much for your honest review, Jerri-Ann! We appreciate you!
