Thank you for your review! I see that you had a work order early last month for a water heater issue that was closed out. If you are still having issues, please put in another work order so they can look into replacing your water heater!

|Recommended: NoThe pines — The pines is a decent option to have only a few roommates. The amenities aren't very good as there is not many washing machines dryers and the other amenities are pretty worn out.

|Recommended: YesFeels like Home with Great Response Time Amazing Staff — Other residents can be heard from the hallway but cannot when you're in your apartment. If you are not on the top floor, you can hear the upper floor tenants being loud with bangs on the floor. My room only had two outlets in total giving limited places to plug stuff in. My outlet was connected with the adjacent room. If my outlet did not work, the other room's light would work and vise versa. The maintenance staff was great about responding to maintenance requests right away. When I had the issue with my outlet, the maintenance guy was unable to completely fix it because it was due to a wiring issue that was produced when the building was built, but he was able to have it sit in a certain place so it would work in my room and the other, although it wasn't a permanent fix. He never gave up until he was able to make it work. He also offered to remove my bunk bed to make me feel safe since it would move a lot, but I wouldn't be able to have a desk so I didn't get a new bed. He did make sure to check out the bunk bed that the bolts were all in tightly so I would be safe.
I also love when the staff hosts fun events on Fridays I always look forward to it.

|Recommended: YesBe quick — You need to get a parking pass like, months in advance cause they don’t have enough parking for how many residents they have. The walls are pretty thin but I think we are the only ones with crazy neighbors XD. I don’t see any staff or owners so I can’t say much about them. It is VERY icy at the back door cause they don’t shovel often enough tho. But the apartments are good for eating, sleeping and it’s a relaxing 10 minute walk from campus

|Recommended: YesPretty Good — My Pines apartment was clean when I showed up and is decent. The furniture is not that comfortable and the doors and windows let in air. But it is otherwise a nice place.

|Recommended: YesInitial Review — Just moved in, don't know the staff yet. The parking lot is covered in snow and is a bit of a walk from the boys apartments. Apartments are a little small, would not recommend if you have claustrophobia. Parking lot is not big enough for everyone to have a parking spot.

|Recommended: NoApartments stink a lot — I just come in into my apartment and there were a lot of trash everywhere and and the entire apartment smells really bad
Thank you for bringing this to our attention. There was someone already living there but I am glad we were able to send in our cleaning crew since this was not resolved by the resident.
