response from property -Thank you for your feedback! We’re glad you’ve been enjoying living here. We completely understand how important quiet hours are and appreciate you bringing this to our attention. We recently sent out a reminder to all residents about curfew and quiet hours in line with BYU-I’s Honor Code to help everyone stay informed. If you ever have any issues or concerns, please feel free to reach out. We’re always happy to help!

I would appreciate a bigger fridge and freezer though, It feels like they provided the smallest one made for 6 people who have their own groceries. For the most part, the noise isn't an issue at all and there are lots of parking spots available.

Pros Placement of the apartment and roommates. My roommates are super chill, the apartment is right next to the front door and I only have to go up and down a half-flight of stairs. I also like having the shelves in the bedrooms for the loft bed person to use for putting stuff in. Cons the shower is too low for me but that's more of a superficial thing. The previous tenants or whoever has broken a few things. The faucet for the kitchen sink is wobbly and it was like that before I or my roommates got there. Same with the fridge handle too. The loft bed is uncomfortable for me because I'm a tall guy and being two feet from the ceiling is not good for getting in and out of bed. I can go up the ladder but cannot go down because I essentially have to slide out the same way I came into the bed. Also, one plug outlet in the bedrooms really sucks. When you have two people living in the same room, it would be better if each roommate had their own plug outlets for their stuff, like the chargers for their phones and laptops. While management is initially nice, I told them that I was coming in Saturday and if I could check in with them that day. They basically told me to rely on roommates to get me in after hours, and if all else failed, to get the key from them on Monday. I was left in a real situation of almost not having a place to sleep for the first two nights because of that. Luckily, the situation was resolved but I am holding judgment on that for now. Otherwise, the apartment is serviceable and is a good place to live. It's good for people who want to live on the cheaper end of things but if you want a higher quality way of living, find a place around the Pines such as the Cedars or go even higher depending on your finances.

I understand it is an old building I was expecting some of the stuff that comes with living in an old building. However, what I was not expecting was to come into a dirty apartment building upon my first move in. I couldn't even actually move into my room because there was someone else moving out while I was trying to get in. And everything was dirty. Despite the problems I had moving in I only spoke to kind and accommodating staff when trying to solve some of these problems so I am grateful for that.
